ATELIER R DESIGN is a globally recognized firm specializing in architectural, urban planning, and interior design, founded by Raymond Pan and Rita Chang in 2009. Headquartered in Los Angeles, California, with affiliate teams in Boston and Hong Kong, Atelier R Design has successfully delivered design for diverse projects totaling more than 25 million square feet (2.3 million square meters) across eight countries and three continents. Raymond Pan, an MIT graduate with a Master of Architecture degree, is an internationally acclaimed Architect and Designer. His exceptional talent has earned him global recognition, including winning major international design competitions and being named one of Engineering News Record's "California Top 20 under 40." As the visionary leader of Atelier R Design, Raymond leads the firm’s design teams with a commitment to excellence.

Rita Chang holds a Master of Architecture degree from Harvard University's Graduate School of Design and dual bachelor's degrees in Economics and Fine Art from Brandeis University. This distinctive educational background enables her to create tailored solutions that meet both individual and business needs. Rita is highly regarded for her ability to transform spaces into extraordinary living environments.
